Junpei with the help of the others threatens the captive mid-level trafficker for the Astro Zetas. He finds out about the individuals “The Deacon” and Acero that seem to be figures of import within the Zetas. The Deacon shares the same name as a super that supposedly vanished, and Acero is most probably enhanced with some variation of the Astro’s super-soldier serum. We also hear about an individual known as “Cowboy” who is said to be highly intelligent.
More importantly, the trafficker discloses that the attacks upon Junpei’s sect was perpetrated by a smaller local gang, the Ingles Street Shadows, that is actually in contention with the Astro Zetas. Said to have been led by “Professor Muerte,” and “Little Shadow,” this gang must have a not-inconsiderable strength to it to oppose two other large organizations. Consulting with Sato, Junpei hears that their abilities have something to do with instilling a sensation of terror on their victims.
